Make the most of your holiday and unlock rewards that help make your travel insurance count when you link your Everyday Rewards card with your policy. What’s more, Everyday Travel Insurance offers different levels of cover to choose from, as well as a range of optional extras that you can add to your policy for an additional premium.
Everyday Travel Insurance covers a range of pre-existing medical conditions automatically, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria, with the full list available in their PDS.
If your medical condition isn’t listed, you can still apply for cover for your specific conditions and Everyday Travel Insurance will assess what cover they can offer you, which may come at an additional premium. However, keep in mind that adding pre-existing medical conditions to your policy is only available for comprehensive plans and that not all pre-existing conditions can be covered.
Cover will begin on the start date of your policy, as listed on the Certificate of Insurance, and will continue until the end date of your policy.
You can make a claim with Everyday Travel Insurance online through My Insurance Portal. Be sure to submit any supporting documents such as police reports, receipts or medical certificates when making your claim.

The excess is the amount you pay towards a claim. With Everyday Travel Insurance, you can choose your excess amount, but be aware this will also affect your premium amount. If you’re receiving cover for any specified medical conditions, you’ll also have to pay an additional excess when claiming on expenses relating to your conditions.
Everyday Travel Insurance may include rental vehicles excess cover depending on your level of cover. If you would like to increase the level of cover for rental vehicle excess, then you can also purchase it as an optional extra for an additional premium.
