You can cancel your ING car insurance policy at any time over the phone. If you cancel your policy within 21 days after purchase or renewal and no claim is made, you can receive a full refund. Cancelling outside this cooling-off period may incur an early cancellation fee, but you should still receive a refund on the unused premiums you’ve paid.
